Youth Group
Our Youth Group has been very active in the past few years. Eight of us went on a mission trip to Puerto Rico with Group Workcamps in the summer of 2005. In the summer of 2006 five of us went to CHIC – our triennial youth conference held at the University of Tennessee. It was a fantastic week with 5,000 other teens, great speakers great bands, fun activities, small group discussions, seminars, and a mission project. (We packed over a million meals to feed starving children in the Sudan and collected an offering of over $100,000 to build a medical clinic and to build, staff, and supply a new school – also in Sudan.)
